Notary Dr Patrick Lenz and notary Ralf Linsler joined forces in 2005 to create a new notary’s office that was both rich in tradition (the legacy of notaries Mannschatz, Dr Rumschöttel, Anhalt and Dr Portz) and modern.
Dr. Lenz & Linsler took over all the employees of the two notaries Mannschatz and Dr. Rumschöttel, who left the firm for reasons of age, as well as their entire archive of deeds and files.
With this merger, we want to offer our clients a complete range of services under one roof: Real estate law, conveyancing, inheritance and family law, estate matters, commercial law, company and association law, etc., as well as other notarial services such as the legalisation of signatures or the issue of certified copies of documents.
Dr. Patrick Lenz was appointed as a notary public with his office in Ottweiler/Saar on 1 February 2000 and moved his office to Saarbrücken on 1 October 2005 as the successor to notary public Kurt Mannschatz. He studied law at the University of the Saarland from 1984 to 1989, was a legal trainee in the Saarland from 1990 to 1993, and was also a research assistant at the Saarbrücken Chair of Civil, Commercial, Economic and Labour Law of Prof. Dr. Günther Hönn. After completing his legal clerkship until the start of his work as a notary public in March 1994, he was awarded a doctoral scholarship by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation. In 1998, he was awarded his doctorate with a thesis on cartel and competition law, and in February 2000 he completed his preparatory service in the notarial profession with his appointment as a notary. Since 2004 he has been a member of the board of the Saarland Chamber of Notaries. He is married and father of a daughter.
Ralf Linsler wurde am 01. Februar 2001 zum Notar mit Amtssitz in Wadern ernannt und hat seinen Amtssitz am 01.10.2005 nach Saarbrücken als Amtsnachfolger von Notar Dr. Rumschöttel verlegt. Er studierte an der Universität des Saarlandes von 1984 bis 1989 Rechtswissenschaften, war Rechtsreferendar im Saarland von 1990 bis 1993, daneben wissenschaftlicher Assistent am Lehrstuhl von Prof. Dr. Dr. Gerhard Lüke und von 1994 bis 2001 Notarassessor im Bereich der Saarländischen Notarkammer, ist seit 1997 deren EDV-Beauftrager, verheiratet und Vater von acht Kindern.
